| FEDERAL FLOOD INSURANCE AVAILABLE Residents of Oak Ridge are now able to purchase flood insurance up to the limits set in the Emergency Phase of the program. Currently, the limit for a single family dwelling is $35,000, and $10,000 for contents. After the initial Emergency Phase, higher limits of coverage will be available. Policies can be purchased from any insurance agent or broker licensed to do business in the State where the insurable property is located. |
